Shoulder pain has more diagnoses than almost any other body region — and “shoulder pain” treated as one thing is treated badly. We will identify whether your shoulder is irritable, weak, stiff, or unstable — and treat accordingly.
Shoulder problems we treat
- Rotator cuff: strains, partial tears, tendinopathy, post-repair rehab.
- Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) — phase-appropriate treatment for the freezing, frozen, and thawing stages.
- Impingement / subacromial pain.
- Instability: after dislocation, with or without surgery.
- Throwing shoulder: cricket fast bowlers, badminton smashers, javelin athletes.
- Lifter’s shoulder: bench, overhead press, snatch-related pain.
How shoulder rehab works
- Assessment: range, strength, special tests (Hawkins, Neer, Jobe’s), scapular control, irritability staging.
- Pain & range: reduce irritability, restore mobility without forcing through pain.
- Strength & control: rotator cuff and scapular endurance, then load.
- Sport / task specificity: throwing patterns, bench / overhead progression, daily-life tasks.
